We are seeking a Head of Last Mile – Netherlands to spearhead this effort and build a high-performance delivery operation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, establish, and operate a nationwide last-mile delivery network.
Develop relationships with local delivery service providers or build internal delivery capability.
Define and manage delivery KPIs (on-time rate, customer satisfaction, cost per parcel, etc.).
Lead local hiring and team development.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with warehouse, customer service, and IT systems.
Monitor legal and regulatory compliance in the Dutch logistics sector.
Drive operational excellence and scalability.
Qualifications:
~6+ years of experience in parcel logistics or last-mile delivery in the Netherlands.
~ Proven success in building or managing delivery operations.
~ Familiarity with the Dutch delivery market, road infrastructure, and regulations.
~ Experience in established logistics or delivery companies is preferred.
~ Fluent in English, Fluency in Dutch is highly preferred.
~ Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset, comfortable working in a fast-growth environment.
